About me:
I’m Ray Z, a dedicated fitness enthusiast with a passion for inspiring and motivating others to lead a healthy lifestyle. I have completed 62 marathons and earned a blue belt in Jiu Jitsu. I am USATF certified, hold a kettlebell certification, and have completed ATG Zero training. My fitness journey includes impressive feats such as running back-to-back marathons twice, completing three marathons in three days during the Lake Tahoe Triple in 2019, and running a marathon each month from January 2018 to March 2019. Additionally, I’ve conquered the US Bank Tower’s stairwell, the tallest stairwell west of the Mississippi, with its 1,664 steps and 75 stories, in both 2018 and 2019.
As an active and prominent member of the running community, I am committed to sharing my experiences and knowledge to help others achieve their running goals. I host the podcast “Athletic Definition,” a variety show that covers health, sports, and fitness-related topics. The show features fitness technology, news, workout music, and interviews with athletes, highlighting their physical skills, perseverance, passion, drive, strength, stamina, training, and motivation.
